The owner of this location (Darnell) showed up an HOUR AND A HALF late (I was to pick up the truck at 2:00 pm, he chose to show up at 3:30 pm). I was in and out of his office in six minutes, with keys in hand. I asked him if there was something I needed to sign and his reply was, "No, I did it all paperless, I assumed that you would want that." The entire time I sat in front him he neglected to tell me that he was charging me a $15.00 "safe move" (insurance fee - that I didn't ask for or need), a $20.00 "after-hours return fee," that he neglected to tell me about, (I was told to return by 7:15 pm and it was back by 7:00 pm). He also didan additional $10,50 "additional fuel charge" (I paid for 15 miles up-front, and used less than 10 miles).
