Got there the guy wasn't aware I was coming, had to get someone on the phone, tire alert indicator was one and said service required, was told not their problem. Cab was dirty. The receiving end people were great, no problem

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was scheduled to drop this trailer off in fort myers florida but that is a 35 mile drive from my house so i called gas buggies to see if it was ok to drop the trailer off with them due to the distance, only 5 miles from my house. when i called i explained my situation to the lady who answered the phone and she told me where to drop it off. when i got to the location i had to unhook and remove trailer from my hitch before the guy would touch it, he then took a picture of the unit number and said i was good to go. Forward to 9/28/2026 i see a charge on my credit card for $362.27 from GAS BUGGY for 1 day late drop off charge a WRONGDROPOFF charge. When i talked to the lady she did not say a thing about a fee for dropping off at this location and the trailer was returned 2 days ahead of schedule. What kind of bait and switch is this? I will be talking to my credit card company and my attorney about the fraud. NEVER EVER USE THIS FACILITY!!!!!!!!! And to wait almost 2 months later is really dishonest. This will be a charge back on my cc, i will fight this!!!!!!! If this is the way UHAUL operates then i will not ever recommend or use again.

NATHANIEL AThe location was fine. The process to reserve was annoying and ridiculous. Could not finalize a reservation online nor could finalize a reservation on the phone. Had to wait for an “assignment” the next day. Then the assignment was TWENTY miles from my home when the location across the street from me had item I needed. Some sort of scam. Had to call AGAIN to get reassigned. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
