hayley pEasy smooth process!! I think the only thing would be to let customers know if your location has to put a specific estimated mileage down because that changes the amount the person pays at the time of the rental. So on my app it told me I wouod only owe like $40 at pick up because I was only going a few miles, but when I arrived they said they I owed $180 for pick up and had put 120 estimated mileage and then whatever I didnt use would be returned to me at drop off. It wasnt a huge problem by any means but knowing there was an estimated mileage set there would've been helpful in the prep process. It was a greay experience will use yall again!
LaTayisah PThe staff at the rental location were great, very friendly, and super helpful. This was the first time I've rented a vehicle from U-Haul since Christ was a corporal. Taking the pre-rental vehicle photos through the app was cumbersome but I do like the feature.
