Had to pick up the truck after store was closed. Was supposed be to use the app to get a code to unlock a key box with the truck key but the app wasn’t working correctly. After 20 minutes I called U-haul and surprise, surprise, was put on hold for 10+ minutes. Thankfully one of the store employees was driving by and saw I needed help, he stopped, checked me in and unlocked the key box and gave me the key. If it hadn’t been for him, it might never had gotten the key that evening. Great service by the store, absolutely crap U-haul app.
