Not the dealer's fault but UHAUL made me drive by my nearest location to this location when there were abundant numbers of vehicles at the location I requested. UHAUL also sent me to a location in which no one was available to help they are only open M-F.

Great customer service !
STEVEN SCruise was disabled for the reason that people might get too relaxed and fall asleep. I think of cruise control as a safety feature as I don't have to keep glancing down to make sure I'm holding the right speed and adjusting my foot on the pedal. If a person is too tired, they can fall asleep no matter what. Cruise takes half the work out of driving, especially on a long trip.

William CThe pick up was fairly smooth but it took more time than expected to finish the paperwork and get on the road. I had preregistered on line but that did not speed up the process. They were helpful to hitch the trailer and load my car.
