I reserved a car hauler at Sound Worx in Summerville SC. Which was located 15 min from my location. Got a confirmation for pickup at that location on a Monday. That Thursday one day before pickup received a text that the reservation was moved to another location 2 hours away from me. I contacted sound worx he was no help and said it was U-Haul’s fault they changed the reservation, even though he had two trailers on his lot. He never said he did not or would not have a trailer for me when I made the reservation and I got an email confirmation that the pickup was at his location. I called U-Haul’s 800 number. Complained and asked for a discount since I had to drive two hours out of my way and use a 1/4 of a tank of fuel but was told no. To make matters worse on the way home from picking up the trailer at the new location. I got stuck in an accident on I-26 at which I sat for another two hours waiting for that to get cleared. So I wasted 4 hours and a 1/4 tank of gas because of U-Haul’s incompetence and lack of scheduling. I feel I should be compensated with at least a partial refund for the hassle. I have used UHaul many times in the past But I will go out of my way to find another rental company next time I need one. I would not Recommend Sound Worx to anyone. Steven Harned

ARTINA GPaid for moving blankets didn’t receive moving blankets now being charged for 12 moving blankets that I did not receive over $100 causing me to not rent a truck yesterday Losing a job costing me $900 and now no answer at location called U-Haul filed dispute waiting to hear back from Craig this location and will take up to no another 3 days to maybe or maybe not resolve this issue what can be done is answer the phone and be honest about what we received and solve this issue immediately.
