STEFANIE MManagement was wonderful, but when I went to have my transport trailer put on management wasn’t there and I was unaware that they did not lock my car down like it should’ve been. When I got to Saint Charles, to check in the young man told me my car only had one strap on one wheel lockdown nothing else, no chains, but that was the employee that did that not management.
LOTA SThe only inconvenience is having to put gas in the truck in order to get to the destination. I understand why this is done.
