St James location was excellent but that’s not where I rented the U-Haul from originally! I was supposed to pick it up at guardian storage and one and a half hours before to pick it up. I got a message saying my location had changed. I had to drive an extra 28 miles to pick up and drop off. Very disappointed in that part.

GRACIE PPoorly designed facility, muddy, with no turn room. Had to back out after hook up. Staff hours not maintained. Sat for almost an hour to return, ended up self-returned with strangers help. Avoid this one.
