On the U-Haul side : Please please please let the location update their business hours and type of vehicules they can rent. As they close at 5pm (and not 6pm like on the website when we reserve) this causes alot of confusion and frustration on the client's side!! I was lucky enough they had the vehicle i wanted, but I've heard there's some types we can reserve on the U-Haul website that they don't actually have.
