How U-Haul Reviews WorkTruck broke down after 1hr driving alternator was bad it was fixed but i have to wait for 7hrs
Ken RThe overall pickup experience was good, but I believe all rental trucks should be provided with a full tank of fuel. Receiving the truck with only about a quarter tank made it unnecessarily difficult to return it at the exact same fuel level. As a result, I ended up paying extra fuel charges even though I tried to match the original level. Starting every rental with a full tank would make the process much simpler and fairer for customers.
