All the communication/information I received was in English except where I picked up the truck. In Quebec, the official language is French. You will probably lose many customers if you don't use French in Quebec and it is also mandatory for anyone doing business in Quebec. Best regards

Judith DI moved to ste- Agathe, and you asigned the drop off location 40 kms far away, I payed for the essence, and drive there, I’m not your worker! I want a refund for my driving time and my essence!! That was very crazy to send me back 40 kms when close to my new adress (2kms) there is an office where I could drop off, the last week I rented another service with you and dropped oif the car there and also 2 weeks ago i did the same, I could send you the adress of every point if you want to check.
