rcard lOn the U-Haul side : Please please please let the location update their business hours and type of vehicules they can rent. As they close at 5pm (and not 6pm like on the website when we reserve) this causes alot of confusion and frustration on the client's side!! I was lucky enough they had the vehicle i wanted, but I've heard there's some types we can reserve on the U-Haul website that they don't actually have.

Eric BEverything was perfect and the staff was very responsive and effective! Only improvement I would comment on is the fact that my rental transaction was automatically transfered to another location farther away, without letting me know. I was supposed to get contacted the day prior, but I only found out when I called the location I thought I was picking it from. I had to call the other location (owner was really helpful too) but I decided to stay at the original location and bring it back there instead of doing a multi-location drop-off.
