I was caught in a snowstorm and although I made it back to my home early that first afternoon. I could not return the truck that day and was finally plowed out by 11:30 return instead of 10:00. The tires on the truck are criminal on these roads and I was unable to pull into any gas station for gas. Called and advised and still charged what I believe to be an excessive amount with no regard for the conditions or my safety.
