The lady was fantastic--very helpful and kind and competent. The facility was super clean and the bathroom was especially clean. They had a lot of options and I will DEFINITELY be renting from this facility in the future.

Matt BI’ve never been so jazzed to write a customer service survey. I feel terrible for not catching the woman’s name at this location. Sometimes moving can be a joyous happy time for people and other times moving can be sad and tough and having exceptional folks like the woman at this U-Haul location who you can tell values not only good customer service, but just positive human interaction. I can’t speak highly enough of this location not only for the folks who help you out what their vehicles are clean and well-maintained.
Keisha VI would see nothing, this is my second time, first was a pick-up of Haul trialer this time a drop-off of car hauler both long trail VT. to Fla. and Fla. to VT. I thankfully had good trailing with good equipment and I thank you.
