My reservation with uhaul was a bit messed up. 2 days before my reservation you called to tell me that my original pick up location no longer offered uhaul. Then why is it still on your website? Because of my moving location pick up options were extremely limited. Not having correct information could have been catastrophic for my schedule. The second place i wag sent on Portland St in St. Johnsbury was a dump. No one there, no way to access my truck and even uhaul couldn't reach the location owner. Fortunately I was sent to Aldrich fabrication and they were OUTSTANDING!!!

MARYLYNN GDon't lie to their faces. We returned the truck during extreme rainstorm many roads flooded or washed out. Still we swept and cleaned the truck out in the pouring rain. When doing so the woman behind the counter thanked us for doing it then went on to tell a story how someone had left so much stuff in the back of a truck hidden under blankets. 4 Days after return got a message saying I owed a $25 Cleaning fee and $30 Late fee. When looking closer the Bill was dated more than 24 hours I had returned. Prior to returning I had gotten text about how they "Need the truck" and hoping for prompt return. Did someone else do something to this truck and charge me instead. I contacted Uhaul they said they were pushing it up to "Upper Management Team" and would get contacted "within 3 Business Days" 3 weeks later still no contact from Uhaul I reach out again they stated the "Area Field Manager" went to the location and they said it was dirty so case was closed. There was no communication, No pictures, nothing. I Feel like this location is just looking for some extra money so they charge who ever they can. Been doing business for Uhaul for YEARS even worked for them for a period of time, Now I may never do business with them again, and will make sure others hear this story as well.
