There were empty chips bags in the cab and the interior of the cube had three large wrapping plastics bags and 10 sections of carboard used for wrapping as well. There was snow on the roof and on the entire truck. and around the truck ( one foot). The change of locations from Crémazie was not convenient

The location and staff were ok, the inside of the truck was disgusting, to a point I cleaned it myself once I got home. It was dusty, dirty and even sticky in different places. Garbage under the seat.

ROGER L.I chose the pick up location at 306 Blvd. Crémazie, only 2.7 Km from my place at 111 Rue Arthur Lismer. Instead I was told to get the truck from Grand Motors (Auto Mechanic), located at 3015 Halpern, St. Laurent, in North end of the International Airport in Doval, over 10 Km away. Pick up. time was posted at 10h00, meaning driving in rush-hour. Blankets were not available. Although the "mechanic" was friendly and helpful, this location is not suitable to handle U-Haul rentals! Before departing I filled the tank at Petro Canada (Less than 1 Km from home) 36.810 litres ($71.01). I expect a full thank from you so that I may return the same way. That is a fair and honest way. Lastly, a reminder that Canada converted to the metric system in 1970, that is 52 years ago. I really do not care where you get your vehicles from, but as long as you conduct business in Canada, do a decent thing and drop the "miles" (just pretend you are handling money... metric, get it?)
