The paperwork said the tank was at full. When I got in, it was at 7/8. One of the employees revised the paperwork and initialed it, but it was an oversight I would have had to pay extra for on return. My main complaint is that I rented a van for in-town use. The employee asked what I was doing and put me down for 6 miles. So I was charged extra when I brought it in at 8 miles. In town rates shouldn't be based on what you're doing- it is so subjective. Have a 20 mile flat rate or something, don't leave it up to the front desk employees to decide what is appropriate for me, based on his fuzzy estimations. The employee who checked me out upon return remarked on this and admitted himself it was "highway robbery". Those were his words. In the future I will know to insist on a higher mileage before I check out the van. The point is: the in town initiation process shouldn't depend on the employees' or customers' subjective estimations of what is "appropriate" for a given rental. 6 miles was so low- seriously?

There was nothing wrong with this, I wish it could always be this great. All of the staff was friendly and helpful, but a special shout out to George. He keeps things running smoothly and efficiently. They really helped me out when I was in a bind. The storage place I had reserved basically screwed me over on a Saturday evening and I couldn't get another one until Sunday morning. They extended my trailer rental for no extra charge to help me out so I wasn't stuck paying more. I had nothing but a great experience and would do business with them again if I need a rental.

Charged full amount again - 1 day after being charged full amount at the store. Unable to access funds, told to expect a refund "soon". This happened once before, had to pay twice for one rental period - no refund of $100 that time, hope this time with nearly $800 on the line is different. Sounds like a policy issue to me, no complaints about the humans I talked to. But this is ridiculous.

I would like it if you made sure the gas needle in the van is where it is in the computer somehow I used 1/8 of a tank of gas in a 10 mile trip in a cargo van.

The ride was very bouncy and the truck had odd acceleration (jerky/rough). The fuel level in the contract was overstated and the level reflected in the final receipt (dropped off after hours) was understated. I was charged $28 for fuel even though I filled up before dropping off. I was not happy with the experience.

Returning after hours was a nightmare, trying to use the app. We had to come back the next morning after spending over an hour waiting at this location for the app to work. After coming back the next morning, the personnel got our return processed quickly.

The motorcycle trailer I rented seemed extremely unsafe and possibility broken. I took it around the corner and decided to return it and not get a replacement due to it being unsafe. So I rented it for 5 minutes

I feel that we were told that are truck would be at a location and when we got there , there had no truck and then got a location that might have a truck but they were fighting on who gets the truck. The truck front tires looked ok but when you drive on highway and try to drive 60 the truck started to shake and then I had to low to 50 on a highway that was asking 65 it was bad.
