Rented moving pads and they were not in the vehicle. Had to go back and get them which caused delay in movers loading vehicle. Know this is somewhat my fault but would think vehicle would have been loaded with them already when picking up.Kevin H.

The Gentleman that waited on us was friendly and out going and helped us completely. The young man that checked us back in stayed over to make sure we were checked in and looked over the truck and told us we went 12 miles instead of 16 so we saved money. The reason why I check No-No in the Box was it well maintained "it's because the last vehicle I rented was a pickup truck and it smell like weed and cigarettes somebody's been smoking in there when they last rented it that person should never be able to rent there ever again. I could not get the smell out even with Lysol and disinfect and I had that vehicle for 9 days I have bronchitis I know you can't stop them from smoking in the vehicle but you can stop them from ever renting their again thanksCHARLES S.

So I tried to do a no contact pickup and pay on my phone. My card got declined but I knew I had money. Tried girlfriends card. Same issue. So I went inside to see if anyone could help. One employee is wearing their mask wrong and the other just isn't wearing one at all. One of the employees informs me that cards from my specific credit union, one of the largest in my area, just don't work at all. Apparently this happens all the time. If that happens this often isn't it worth looking into fixing? Once I did get a payment through, the employee had my key anyway. So much for contactless pick up. I got half way to where I was picking up and realized I didn't check to see they gave me the dolly I ordered. Sure enough there wasn't one there. Luckily the person I was picking things up from had one to load. Really made moving my things a lot more difficult when I was unloading. Still have the better half of a bedroom set in my living room because we couldn't get them upstairs without the dolly. Then, when I went to return the truck, I couldn't find the drop box for the keys. I looked up and down the side of the building and all over by the main entrance. Had some one who rented a uhaul last month at the same place with me, she said she was pretty sure of where the box was and didn't have this problem then. Now I have to go back to the uhaul place this morning to give them the keys.Andrew N.

Improve on more hands on help. Far as putting a car on a trailer. Everybody can't learn off videos. I was sent a video I didn't even know it because my phone was not with me. This is my first time renting a truck, questioning myself if I would do it again.PAMELA M.

The only issue I had was the worker put the appliance Dolly wheels down in the back of the truck. The first stop sign I got to it slammed into the door of the truck and made me think someone hit me from behind. Everything else went very smoothlyJULIE K.
