No signage directing to key drop box at all. 45 min on phone and app at drop off and a UNAUTHORIZED charge 264$ when a 15$ credit should’ve been charged. Truck was paid in full at pick up

It was good. everybody was friendly and helpful.
IVAN CThis location should lose their rights as a UHaul drop off. They were rude, unhelpful, and did not help check the truck in. My husband did not have the app, and I was 200 miles away. If the app is a requirement, that should be made clear. We picked up in person, not via app. We should be able to drop off as well. We had to make 4 calls to get it straightened out. Terrible service.
