It took ~1.5 hours to get the keys to the truck once I got there. The staff member assisting told me that I did not need to put gas in the truck if I kept it above a quarter tank, however when I returned the truck I was charged a surcharge for gas because I did not put any in. This location is a disaster.

There was a need to have more staff at check in. The line was really long and it took a long time even though I had done express check in.

Only had one person behind the counter and a line out the door. Did not have any signage that those who did express check could just walk up to the counter instead of waiting in line. On a busy Saturday, near the University why would you only schedule one person to be on?

The rate was outrageous. The scare tactics to buy insurance sucked. 1/3rd full gas tank made me have to go to a gas station twice. The after hours check in on a mobile device didn't work and was a hassle to mess around with

Staff was slow to respond and not scheduled appropriately. Waited over 20+ minutes to pick up a reserved truck while 2 employees clocked out. Once I was working with an employee he lacked attentiveness causing the transaction to take longer than it should. He never reviewed the "expected mileage" with me.

Waited nearly an hour to simply get the keys after being told that self service check in was quick and efficient. System then still held me to a 4 hour reservation, when technically it was 3. Pulled in to drop off and no one was in area that says "wait here for attendant". Horrible experience for what should have been a simple in and out.

Customer service. Please hire more competent and active employees. One of them did not give sufficient instructions on how to access the U-Haul storage unit and failed to provide the materials that we asked for. I have to say, Michael did a great job. U-Haul need more workers like him!

Overall, was very satisfied with equipment and customer service. Just need more help at the check-in area and should have separate line for quick check-in. I do think that by entering all my info in when making reservation online made the wait less with rep, but the line moved slow.

I returned the truck ahead of schedule on the day it was due and I asked for a receipt twice. I was told it would be emailed to me. I asked if I needed anything to prove it was returned on time and the clerk said no. When I received the emailed receipt, it included a charge for an additional day, and the receipt says I returned the truck 5 1/2 hours late. We parked the truck in one of 2 return lanes but there was no attendant there so we went inside the building to see if there was anything else we needed to do. This was when the clerk would not give me a receipt. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and have called customer service for a refund.

I was asked why did I dropped off the truck at their location. I explained that the Uhaul store on University Ave in St. Paul; their lot were full and he told me to go to Como Ave with an extra mileage charge and the fuel was 3/4 yet I was charged $15.00. Again I explained to them about my situation and he suggested me to talk to Josh again. I appreciate they were trying to figure out what's going on. Thank you for your time and service.
