The only small thing I had was that I had twice filled in online that I would return the truck that evening but the gentleman at the site was told by his computer that I had said I would return it the next day. He fixed it quickly but I thought I should mention it. I will rent again, my experience was very good. The staff was very professional.

I have already recommended this site to others. Staff is competent, courteous, and pleasant. The building is clean and well maintained. The rental equipment I have used has been clean and ready when I arrived. I just don't see places for improvement!

I dropped it off at Como instead of West 7th after hours because the West 7th storage had the lot ALL LOCKED UP with no way to contact anyone. TERRIBLE. I will never use West 7th Storage in Saint Paul again. WHAT DID THEY EXPECT ME TO DO? UGH.

While my experience was amazing, I think it was largely because I was the only person in the store when I picked up and returned my van. Later that day I came to look at a U-Box and there was a longer line. This was largely due to one customer working through a complaint, but only one person was working behind the counter. So while that employee was doing the right thing and taking the time needed with the customer it meant that everyone else in the store had a very long wait. Would suggest always having two people behind the counter.

By far the most efficient and well kept U-Haul location I have ever visited. The staff was kind and helpful. The facilities were well organized and well maintained. Overall, it made moving much less painful.

Not enough people working, employees were short-tempered. Nobody explained anything about the process, just gave me the key. Check engine light was on. Nobody was there mid-day when I returned the truck so I put the keys in the drop box. They charged me an extra $70.

The only problem I had was that I was not told I was going to get a text about the condition of the truck by the person helping me. He did go to the door of the store and point out the truck but did not do a look around with me. I did one my self and almost a hour later I got a text that I needed to use the text link to record the condition check. Since I had already left the store it was too late.

I call one location because it was near my house in 30 minutes after I received a text message telling me that my rental had been moved to a different location for !!?? For that reason I was late to Meet my client my client was very upset , also when I return the itemThey didn’t tell me there that was going to be a fee for early return. I think is inconvenience and not fair and professional to charge a fee with out telling someone. Also to change the locations at the last minute . I would prefer to talk to somebody . The person at the silver lake store wasn’t very professional , the person on the como ave store was very professional, also. The guys that was helping with the check out .

Staff is great. What was disappointing was that I was told 69.95 could be put on a separate card from the original card that was being used to rent the truck. I had given my card information to the store. Store stated that it looked like the amount had gone through and that everything should be fine. Turns out that 69.95 or whatever it was, turned into 70 dollars and some change. Was put on the company card without any discussion or permission of doing so. I was never made aware that I could possibly pay cash for the additional charge until well after the original card was charged. Other than that, maybe Uhaul should give the people that rent these trucks out the option to take more than one form of payment. That seems a bit outdated to not be able to split a payment. Things can happen. Also, that truck was horrible with gas. Not sure that gas cap is on very tight. The exhaust puts out quite a bit of smoke. I'm sure it's burning through gas faster than it should. Staff were still amazing and good people.

Overall, fine experience. I did not like that I wasn’t notified that my pick up location was changed a couple hours before my pick up time. I also didn’t get an email about the location change until 6 hours after my appointment. That made my timing pretty stressful. But the van and location turned out to both be fine. Better communication would be appreciated

Gave a pass for the inside floor being dirty because of cold weather... The website on Return my Truck would NOT let me take a pic of the dash and this NOT continue!!!! Finally got to the Uhaul App and it let me take all the pics and Return it after hours.. I
