The Como location did everything great. However this is after the Apple Valley location totally screwed up my reservations. I set it up by calling in after trying the internet to set up a 4 day rental. I called in and double checked my reservation twice and they told me that everything was set up. I have been renting a trailer for deer hunting the last four years from this location, I don't know what I could have done to reserve the trailer in any other way. They did find me a trailer on the other side of town and we had to drive over there during rush hour to pick it up. I asked if we could drop off the trailer at the Apple Valley location when we were returning the trailer but we were told that it would have to go back to the Como location. Again we were totally inconvenienced by having to return the trailer to the other side of town.

The parking lot at this location was a bit of a mess with drop-offs, but I was able to squeeze into a spot. I was assisted almost immediately by a very friendly staff member. Check-out took perhaps 10 minutes total. Very easy experience.

Driver window did go up after opening down. Check in took 5 minutes, check out took 15. Undermanned for late after noon on the first Saturday of the month.

The headlight was out, which we didn’t know until we needed it. The windows were filthy, the windshield wipers were trash. The seat was broken in one position. The parking brake lever was hanging. This truck was pretty much garbage.



The guy behind the counter said the computers were down and that he would email my receipt. I never received my receipt, Instead the only thing i received is this questionaire. I would like to receive my receipt, if its ever possible



I had no problems with the 2 locations I was sent to, both staffs responded urgently to fix our problem. I called the night before to confirm my pickup time, only to find out the pickup location was changed without my knowledge (I did not receive a text, email, or call). When I contacted the new pickup location, my truck pickup time was confirmed. There was not a truck when I arrived to the new location. My pickup time was changed to 4 hours later in the day- again without my knowledge. I was very upset because I made the reservation well ahead of our pickup date and confirmed the details the night before. The new location staff was very helpful to get me in touch with the first location who happened to have a truck on hand that would work. The new location did a great job of getting us going quickly. Instead of our planned one-way trip, we had to bring the truck back at the end of the day to the first location. The lack of communication/ agreement with these major changes (pickup location and time of pickup) has ruined my experience with Uhaul. I am unlikely going to rent from Uhaul in the future.

I got the keys to my “7/8 full” vehicle and hit the road to find out it was more like 3/4 full. I was running late so I didn’t turn around and just put 3.5 gallons back in after my 25 mile trip and saw that the gas was more than when I got in. Woke up to $18 gas charge. Go fuck yourself.

Took .5 hrs to get me registered for the free storage. Made me buy one of their locks. Copious amount of arogunce. The 2 guys outside wouldn't help us guide the trailer into the loading dock for the storage. For the second time they tried to charge us for the extra day we were given when I made the reservation intially made the reservation on line, which by the way are really good at treating me like I was stupid, talking down to me and trying to repeatedly talk over me.
