Debra A | First ImpressionsWe were overcharged for gas. We drove the unit 7 miles and were charged $19. Also, our truck was boxed in even though they said they would move the truck in front of us. We had to wait until a customer moved it. We rented a storage unit, but the bays had unattended and parked vehicles in them so we had to haul our furniture around the parked and unattended vehicles. The shifter in the truck seemed lose and was difficult to get into gear.
