I was charge for coverage even though I didn't request it nor does it show up on my reservation. I've tried calling the location multiple times yesterday and today to get it resolved and it just keeps ringing (no answer; no voicemail). I emailed the email address provided to me in the invoice yesterday to get this resolved and no one has responded, not even to confirm receipt of my email.
