The truck I reserved was not there when I got there, I asked about the $50 you get when your truck you reserved isn't there but didn't get a clear answer, had to rent a bigger truck.

Transitioning me from an in person check out to an online experience without fore knowledge was not a pleasant experience. Being told that I would need significant contacts to prove my identity caused serious distress that made the whole process more difficult. I never once spoke to a person at uhaul and the whole experience was demoralizing and dehumanizing.
Bailey VTruck smelled like cigarettes and weed, had butts all over counsel, tin foil on the floor and meth in the center counsel, disgusting.

JERAMIAH CThere was broken glass all over the inside of the initial truck I rented, I went back in to inform the agent and he said "oh we know, it's okay". We had to press him to get a different truck so we did not have to sit on broken glass. I paid extra money for moving pads, and did not receive them. I would like a refund for that portion. Horrible experience, will certainly be going elsewhere for my next move.
