Uhaul was given to me with 25miles of gas for a 80+ mile trip. I was double charged up to almost 400$ and not refunded, with no explanation.

ROBERT SWhen returning rental there was 3 people in the office. The attendant that took the keys was on the phone. I asked said attendant if there was anything else I needed to do. He replied no, and I left. Two days later I was charged for two additional days because the attendant did not process my return in a timely manner. Attendants were very off putting and made me feel uncomfortable leaving rental there. But this was the location U-Haul sent me to.
