I went online and made my reservation - initially it seemed pretty seamless. I then did a check in online. I entered credit card information, entered driver license information, entered everything they needed. The web site even said I am all set. At this point I figured I would show up and call them up, they would come out and hook up the trailer. Not the case. I had to come in and give additional information because my reservation was not complete. Apparently I needed to take a picture of my drivers license. Nowhere on the web site did it tell me this. Needless to say that during this Covid times I was not to happy. I did not want to come in. I came in and completed the reservation. . I even had to give my credit card information AGAIN, I already did this on the web site. This entire reservation process is making me wonder if I will use U-Haul again. You would think that during this pandemic you would do everything to put the safety of the customer first. None of this is a reflection of the U-Haul dealer I worked with, this is all on corporate and their web site.
More staff for early morning weekend pickups
Honestly, first impression was mixed. But I was greeted warmly and everything was explained as far as my contract. Upon return of the truck, it was after hours but the employees were still around working some warehouse business and still checked the truck in for me on the spot. I cant explain how easy they made the entire process. Would definitely rent again from this location and recommend to prospective renters.

When I came in to return the trailer I pulled up to the sign where it said to stop, someone would be out to help me. No one ever came out until I went into the building and alerted them. There were three employees by the counter and no other customers.
Cody was exceptionally customer orientated, as were the rest of the staff. The experience was flawless. This is the only location that we will use, and I will most definitely express that to anyone we know.
I called and got a price e over the phone. When I showed up it was a different price. I didn't't have time to drive to another location. The kid seemed HI and all he could say is so what, what do you what to do. I took a long time to get the manager on the phone and he was useless. Never again.
Well I booked online and gave them my card info. And when taking the truck back they said they needed to swipe my card. I wasnt there so my boyfriend had to get someone else to come pay for it. Then he says all I need are the numbers. Well why couldnt it be done on my card then? It just didnt make since

I rent trailer Sunday 10/18/20 and returned it 10/19/20 on time lady at desk said leave on lot and she would check it in and she did not I was charged 2 days and not 1 like was suppose to they did not check it in until 10/21/20
Outstanding customer service and equipment was well maintained.
The UHaul employee who helped us install our UHaul trailer installed the chains wrong and they came off their attachment to the trailer within the first 10 miles of our drive and were dangling along the road as we drove. Thankfully we were able to stop and remedy the situation ourselves, but the UHaul workers at this location definitely need more training in the installation of their trailers as the chains are the failsafe for the trailer hitch and could cause a dangerous situation if they are roaming free or if they prove to be ineffective.

Uhaul needs to have a customer initial the paperwork if they're taking the insurance coverage. I declined the $8 a day but it still ended up on the paperwork, luckily the representative was nice and removed the charge of 2 days
When attempting to use the U-Haul App to pick up my vehicle, I was notified the equipment was not available. I called U-Haul and, after 30 min on hold, I was told the equipment I had reserved could not be picked up using the app. The agent suggested I return with the U-Haul store opened to pick up the truck. I informed the agent that I needed the vehicle at the time I was picking it up and could not wait two hours for the store to open. The agent continually told me "the equipment was not correctly dispatched". I told the agent each time that I didn't know what that meant and that I simply wanted the truck I reserved. After a lot of waiting and hold time, I was able to secure my vehicle. When I returned the vehicle, I discussed the confusion with the rental process. Of course I was not offered a refund of the "$50 equipment guarantee". It appears the the "guarantee" is a marketing ploy that is not actually provided when the truck that is rented is not available. I am very disappointed.

Make it more clear about fueling up the vehicle. Gas charge was excessive. It made the rental way too expensive.
