Had a good Experience working with the manager and was top notch
DENNIS W | Overall ExperienceWe got there after hours and found the locker we rented had a huge post, pillar, in the middle which consumed 50% of the storage space. I called the number I was given and they referred me to a support number who contacted the general manager of that facility. He then called me on just a couple minutes. I explained the situation to him and he said, "I'm only 15 minutes away. I'll be right there." He came after hours on his own time. He not only put us in another and bigger locker, he helped us carry the furniture in. I was very impressed. I'll remember this the next time I need to store something.

JERRY C | First ImpressionsWas being helped by an employee who then stepped away in the middle of our transaction to start helping someone else. I was there first and had been there for quite a bit. Then they rented me a unit that had a huge pole in the middle which would make half of it practically unusable unless you have tiny things to squeeze behind it, which had I been told prior to renting I would’ve declined this unit. I did not find out until I opened the unit to see it. Had to go up to the office twice to get that remedied.
