How U-Haul Reviews WorkAc would start and stop working which isn’t fun in the Florida summer. Also the battery died stranding us for 2 hours U-Haul then said someone will reach out to me within 30 business days (that’s 6 weeks of calendar days) to discuss adjusting the bill. That’s crazy.
Michael MAgent was exceeding ly rude and attempted to overcharge us. She then charged us a cleaning fee the day after we returned vehicle! We moved furniture and the truck was clean when we returned the same evening. Agent charged us a cleaning fee the day after we returned the truck! We moved furniture and the truck was clean when we returned it. We will never again rent from this U-Haul location.
Ram KThe place is great. Your app is not. Why do I need to verify my identity by you having to call other people?
