Lisa was extremely helpful, patient and kind. She was pleasant and even helped guide me when backing up, which was greatly appreciated! It was a pleasure attending this location and Lisa took exceptional care of all my needs. She patiently explained all the details and didn't hesitate to answer any of my questions. This was the best experience I have ever had renting a U-Haul truck and it was solely because of Lisa's professionalism, pleasant demeanor and her patient and kind assistance.
