My experience with this location was complaining fine, however my experience with U-Haul in general as poor. Pre-books weeks in advance at a close location to find a walk in take the 20’ I ordered. He told me he didn’t have anything else, and I would have to drive to another location. I asked about my reservation, but he said that it sucks but he doesn’t have an another truck. Well being that it was August 1st there wasn’t any other option but this location outside of town, and they only had a 10’. So not only did I have to drive 3x the expected distance, I also had to make multiple trips due to the truck being half the size. This put the whole move behind as we had people waiting. Overall the business model of U-Haul is insane if this is normal, and I couldn’t imagine any business operating this way.
