Possible that this was the worst experience I have ever had as a consumer. This location alone and the experience I had here is the sole reason I will never use uHaul again.

Only issue i had was reserved a dolly. Location doesn t have any for rent. Otherwise, seamless move, satisfied customer
Scott OAdditional charges were excessive. Rented from enterprise rental for same trip at half the price u haul charged.
DOUGLAS KWe received a truck that only had 1/4 tank of gas it should always start with a full tank of gas so that everyone is responsible for only the gas they used good luck finding out when to stop at a 1/4 of a tank when the cost of gas is over $1.60 a liter.
GERALD MBe more accurate about fueling/refueling! We were told to ‘fill the tank’ when we were finished because it was full when we got it. Drove literally 10km and the ‘fill’ was $25. Not ok. We would like to a refund of some of that money. Obviously it wasn’t ‘full’ to start with. Very unhappy.
