Lights in the cargo area!
DAVID TI was given a return address on Talbot street in St. Thomas printed off even on my invoice. The person working looked it up on the map and said this location was closest to my destination in Aylmer ON. Luckily my sister called to find out it was no longer on Talbot street in st. Thomas but now on Elm street. Your base must be out of date.

KEVIN RI used the online check-in option. When I arrived in store to pick up the keys, we seemed to go over much of the same information a second time. Just confirming my info? It seemed a little redundant. On the other hand, it only took me 5-6 minutes in store before I got the keys, so no real complaints in that regard.
