Customer service was horrible took over 40min and I had a reservation. Pop cans as well and food wrapers were left in car. Staff was extremely un helpful

JEFFREY SI have used Uhaul numerous times and this was my worst experience. The first truck the drivers seat on the door side was "caved in" causing you to lean to the side. I went back in and asked for another truck which was in good condition. My photos would not upload. The gentleman at the store was great, apologized and great customer service.
