How U-Haul Reviews WorkWhen I returned the truck, I was asked to refill the fuel tank, which was fair—I had forgotten about that. However, when I went to fill it up, it cost me over $30 (around 20 liters) after driving only about 6 kilometers. My mistake was not checking whether the tank was actually full when I picked up the truck. When I asked the staff about it at the time of return, they couldn’t give me a clear answer, which was very disappointing. This is not an inexpensive service, and I don’t believe this outcome is reasonable. Please don’t suggest that I drove much farther than that, because I can prove with video evidence that I used the truck for a very short distance. Thank you.
Denis CEnsure that all items ordered with the rental are in the truck at the time of pickup (for mobile pick up), and that all garbage from the previous rental customer is out of the back of the truck. The app and website both would not accept my address repeatedly. Kept saying to enter a valid city and zip code.

Anthony DTruck had weak steering. Tow light was on, to put in reverse it goes to neutral first then you have to put in reverse .
