There was some confusion when we went to pick up vehicle, but was resolved. My only issue is price. To move a sofa we ended up paying over 180 dollars. Had we gone to home depot, we would have been able to rent a better vehicle for only 79.95. I will never use uhaul again for short term rentals, and I will advise anybody to check out home depot first.

Seth TI had originally ordered the pick-up at Aylmer. I was disappointed when I was called by U-haul about the location change to St.Thomas.
Nathan Rthere some confusion with the 888 number person that made the booking. when we arrived to pickup the truck we were told that we had booked 2 trucks. a 15 ft and a 20 ft and returning to Hamilton. the lady at the store got it stored out and we got underway
Terry CPoor service, truck was not clean when we picked it up. Truck sounded like the exhaust needs work done, rattling excessively.
