The cargo area was littered with garbage . The cargo door was very difficult to close . The parking area was covered by 6 inches of week old snowfall and I was disappointed by all the hidden charges . The sign said $50.00 a day plus 99 cents for each mile . I had it for 1 day and put 13 miles on it , and I paid $94.00 plus $15.00 in fuel for a total of $109.00 ! WTF !?
BRIAN PGas tank was not half full as per the contract, the back of the truck was not swept clean nor clear of trash, the windshield was not clear of snow or ice and as there was no scraper provided departure was delayed from pick up location

JEFFERY LClerk could not find my reservation and I had to phone U-Haul and get them to talk to the clerk and then when she brought the laptop down, we could actually see my reservation. I had to manually input all the information in because she was too busy dealing with gas station customers. It took over a half hour for me to fill in the paperwork/computer screens and then get the keys for the truck. I was waiting for her to complete other transactions before dealing with me. I did not feel like I was a high priority. When I returned the truck, the same thing happened again and it took 20 minutes for me to return the truck. I personally do not want to use this location again.
