Equipment was clean enough. Location was a sub-station, not a proper U-Haul office, but the staff was efficient all the same. As for a 'smooth ride,' the truck was a very rough ride, and would be extremely uncomfortable for any long-distance highway travel.

DAVID TI was given a return address on Talbot street in St. Thomas printed off even on my invoice. The person working looked it up on the map and said this location was closest to my destination in Aylmer ON. Luckily my sister called to find out it was no longer on Talbot street in st. Thomas but now on Elm street. Your base must be out of date.
