The location was very crowded. Had to step over a lawn mower and through tall grass to get to the steps of the office. The office appeared to be a residence. The booked blankets and fridge dolly was not available. I was charged for 2 rental periods over a 7 hour time. I was supposed to be contacted by uhaul customer service for corrections to billing, and have not received a call.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkMore gas in the tank to start would have improved my experience. 1/8 of a tank is not comfortable for a lot of people.
Tammy BI did not request the CDW coverage on my reservation, I specficially declined it. This seems to just be a uhaul thing, not directly your location. Its what happens on every single online reservation Ive made for a long time.
Matthew BHave the gas full. Make sure the van is ready to rent. Spent almost 2 hrs waiting for pick up because uhaul had the van tagged not available. Great job on behalf of the location manager. He worked really hard to get this van released and to get me on my way.
