Joanne was great to work with. She went through the contract with me and gave clear instructions on how to access the key to my truck. She communicated clearly that she would not be there when I arrived and told me how to hook up the trailer. I had no problem connecting the trailer to the truck but was nervous about getting my car loaded. Luckily a couple of employees arrived and they helped me out. This was my first time doing this, so it was a relief to have some help. The truck was clean and in great working condition. The lights on the trailer worked. I would have rated this excellent if there had been somewhere there to greet me and help me out, only because it was my first time renting with U-Haul. Otherwise, this was a very good experience.
