They were closer hours before they were supposed to be. The key drop box was unlocked and the combination lock boxes were too small for the uhaul tag to fit into.

I did not rent this , somehow my name got used and all my information. I called the headquarters in Springfield , Missouri and they didn’t do anything. Not sure How this happened but this doesn’t look good on U-haul!
