We had 3 huge bundles of wrapped blankets in the truck we had to move into our home before using the truck. Check inside the truck too beforehand.

I was called 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment that the truck I had booked over a week in advance was no longer avaliable and my only option was to change locations and get a bigger truck and pay more money or wait around for 4 hours until the truck becomes available. I had a schedule I had to keep so waiting was not an option so I had to pay out more money. Additionally the pick up and drop of locations changed too and so that made me go over the miles I was allowed, even though that wasn’t my choice. Also it took an hour to actually get the truck once we got to the pick up location. This was one of the worst experiences I had working with a rental truck company.

Can't think of a thing! Location was easy in and easy out, the staff met me as I stepped from my vehicle, new my name without asking (no idea how, just like magic), and I was out of there within 5 minutes.

My rental was great BUT they charged my credit card $87.29 and my daughters debit card $24.95 plus $75.90 2 charges for the total of $100.85.... so my card and hers are still on a hold of funds... we contacted both banks and it is not our banks holding the money.... it is UHaul that has not done the correct charges and then they have not released it so the correct amount will be charged and the money released.... I understand that it takes awhile for this to happen and was told by the manager that it would take up to 5 days.... well it has been 11 days and the money is still on hold.... I am not happy about this.... moving is expensive and holding this money this long is ridiculous and I should not have to keep checking up on this everyday..... I had voiced my concerns on the day the trailer was turned in to UHaul and the manager Assured me that it was only going to take 5 days for the bank to processes it and to contact her if it didn’t ..... now I have been on hold for 25 minutes and no one is helping me out.... I fear that I am going to have to drive down there to have someone actually talk to me.... this is frustrating!!!!!

Truck was from AZ and the transmission needed help. This site however is good, employees were courteous and check out/in was organized and quick. I will be using them again.

Sherry and Antonio were amazing. They both truly went out of their ways on multiple times. Sherry was who I first dealt with upon my arrival and scheduled my first pick up and than had to cancel. When I was able to reschedule, I also needed some wiring to be done for my tow lights to function properly. That's when I met Antonio. He was patient with me and even had me come back to double check his work because of the type of vehicle and wiring system. I will only deal with this location and the personnel there because of the exemplary service I received. Thank you.

The uhaul 24/7 app needs work. I chose that method because i didnt feel like talking to anyone that day but the app kept freezing and crashing while trying to upload my info to check out the truck and had to end up going inside when they were open during normal hours to finish my check out exp.

You need to fix your online check-in procedure. I arrived, found my truck, checked it in. when I went to pick up the key, I had to wait in a 30-minute line. When I got to the counter, the truck I had already checked in & inspected was rented to someone else. I had to start over with a different truck. When I returned, the mileage was wrong because of the issue. It was a very poor experience. There is no time advantage to using the App if the local store can just ignore it.

The staff were friendly, knowledable and efficient. The only issue at this site is parking. Was a great experience though and would not let the parking keep us from using them again.
