Reserved a 10x20 storage unit in advanced using the App. I came in the previous day to confirm all reservations. When I arrived the morning to fill storage unit and empty truck, I was met with "we don't have any 10x20 units". This required me to have to make other arrangements that could have been avoided if I was informed the previous day. The service I received was fair and adequate for the circumstances, but to offer and confirm a free month of something that is not actually available was misleading and not a value at all.
