I would like to be able to walk out of the store after I've turned the truck in knowing how much I will be charged instead of having to wait for the email.

Thomas SWhen I called my local U-Haul and get the 800 number instead whoever I spoke to today was a bit rude and pushy I know that there’s only one Salida U-Haul location and I know that it’s at Big O tires and he kept insisting it is not Big O tires it’s a parts store almost got in an argument over it Also I know that they are closed at lunchtime for trailor hook up and I told him that he insisted no they’re open till four I have rented from them several times before and know the routine
