I was upset with the last minute changes to my pick up location and time. It almost ruined time with the storage company on dropping my stuff in the uhaul plus they had to wait over an hour for me to return with the uhaul.

Good customer service, but they didn’t clean the truck. The rear door cable was also broken and they did not tell me that. I had to have roadside come out and fix it before I left.
