The truck was not clean. I understand that trucks will not be spotless, but it had dirt and leaves all through the cab and cargo areas. The right blinker was not working, which was a safety hazard. The windshield had a significant crack in it on the driver side, about 9 inches long.
JENNIFER RMake it more clear in the Uhaul Order Email that we could pick up the vehicle with the app instead of waiting for the office to open. It was not clear in the email. Also, I kept getting an error message in the app when I tried to take photos of the truck before we rented it.
ELROND LParking lot is small & busy (party store business). The yard person didn't check the signals & safety checks - just hook & go.
ROBERT SClean out the inside of the covered trailer. Mine was filthy with grease/oil stains and full of confetti. I had to sweep it out and put down cardboard so as not to get home stuff dirty.
