The ease of renting good, customer service nice. The rest was : dirty dashboard sticky,, dust everywhere inside. The truck was dirty,, stained in the back where furniture was loaded, had to use my own tarp to cover the dirt,, no gas,, less than 50 miles. Turned in truck a day early still got charged. Not sure if I would rent a uhual again. Oh the truck was spilling oil and stained our driveway!

Excellent customer service. The female associate was very well presented and versed in Uhaul rental procedure. She made my experience very pleasant and fast. The only thing this facility may need is an electric Dolly in order to move and maneuver trailer equipment around for easier access for the next customer renting equipment. Overall Galaxy was great. Thank you. Keep up the great work.
