We had to wait an hour for office to open because they didn't have the truck set up for us to pick it up via the app as requested. Truck was not clean, it had a dead battery, basically no gas, it stopped running when we had to turn it off to fill the tank and we had to scramble for a jump. Would never go back. Disorganized, awful experience.

Smooth pickup. The trailer traveled across country well. It was older and had some minor faults. The location was OK. They almost closed before I arrived for my scheduled appointment. It was a long ways from my home to get the trailer.
