The lady was rude when I went to return the truck she told me that t hey didn't print any receipt and I told her that everyone has printed the receipt for my business and she told me that everyone works different that i could go to the other u-hall if i want. I think that's really rude. I think i will stop doing business with you guys
JUAN AThe U-Haul I received was extremely dirty. Staff was extremely rude. Did not allow me to take pictures at the lot. Input the wrong gas tank amount and also put the wrong mileage which we did not notice until I looked at the invoice. I have called because to dispute all the errors from this location. WORST EVER!!!

TEOFILO MWhile renting the vehicle was fairly simple and the service was good. It is very disappointing that the rentals are no-longer set at a 24 hour period which then forces one to rent for an additional day. So basically what I've learned from this experience is to rent it first thing in the AM in order to get the maximum use of rental. I should probably alert folks through social media so they too won't get stuck having to rent an extra day. Otherwise the service was good but, could have been excellent if not for the extra day rental. Don't get me wrong, U-haul has been a beneficial service to me and one i will most likely continue to use in the future.
