The best in town
CESAR MImprove your accountability for mistakes. So Apparently we need to send the picture of the gas before we drive the truck off so we’re not over charged with gas fees. I picked up the truck with 1/2 tank of gas, even sent pictures with half a tank the day after with the mileage and all. But since I didn’t send the day of, I’m considered a liar, because supposedly the tank was 9/16 full and he knows cause he does it “himself” , but that was was incorrect. I sent the pictures to Carlos who works on 640 Abbott and Carlos exact words were “so what are you trying to say? What do you want to do?” Well sir first of all id like to be charged properly ofcourse, I don’t need to be filling up your own personal tank. Save your guys self the hassle and rent from respectable honest renter. This place is not it, you will be scammed, even if your pictures show they are wrong!

Mark GUsing an electrical/moterized dolly to help move the equipment from the street to the lot would help.
