The drop off experience was absolutely horrible. I could not get an address to drop off the truck. When I finally spoke to a lady, she stated that she was not part of the traffic team and could not give me a specific address in Salisbury MD. She suggested that I drive to each location and at some point, one of them would take the truck. After ending that conversation, I was able to get a more reasonable person on the phone. She gave me an address for the return. I went there and was REFUSED the opportunity to leave the truck there. People were beyond rude and not remotely helpful. (address was 1326 N Salisbury Road, Salisbury MD 21801). I was given another address to return the truck to and that place was closed. I left the truck at the gate and put the key in the lock box. Very poor service and very poor people on the return side. Not sure I would ever rent from UHaul again. I did file a customer objection but have not heard anything as of yet. Bottom line, you have many processes and people that need to be fixed. Please feel free to call me at 203-470-6423.
