Expensive!!The van had a tpms light come on as soon as I drove it off the lot and the cost to rent for a 24 hour period was ridiculous with the fees and filling up the gas tank cost over $300

RENE GWhen I arrived to return the truck, there was no one on site and no instructions provided regarding what to do if the location was unattended. I was told to call a phone number for assistance when dropping off the vehicle, but no one answered. I was forced to leave a voicemail and hope that I had completed the return process correctly. I was also charged for additional mileage, which I feel is somewhat petty, but what concerns me most is the charge for an additional three gallons of fuel. I returned the truck with more fuel than it had when I picked it up, so I do not understand why I was charged an extra $13.12 for gas, especially given current fuel prices. The overall experience was disappointing. Between the lack of support during the return process and the unexpected charges, it feels like I am being nickel-and-dimed. I anticipate needing several more truck rentals over the coming weeks, but this experience is causing me to reconsider whether I continue renting from your company in the future.
