I have rented from here 3 times now. I have never had any issues getting ahold of anyone. I left something in the U-Haul I rented and called and thankfully they had it. Trying to get it back has been extremely frustrating. The girl tells me to come anytime to pick it up. I come on my lunch break and she isn’t here. I called she said give her 5 minutes. I have been waiting for 15 minutes and now she won’t answer the phone. I have spent my entire lunch break here waiting on her when all she had to say was the time she would be back and I could have come back then. This has changed my outlook and I don’t know if I will be doing business here moving forward.

DEANDREA RUnit should have been out of commission. Ratchet was previously broken and I drove an hour to get the dolly. Then half way back to get the car I was purchasing and couldn’t because it was broke.
