They wouldn't even call the place I picked up the uhaul to verify the windshield crack or that I never received a dollie and charged me for both and kept my deposit and took another 50 out of my account.

TIFFANY TWheals and Deals was a fine location for drop-off. I would like to comment on the return process on the Uhaul app. It was not very good at completion of the return. I had to complete the process multiple times and the app still was showing the return as not completed. For whatever reason, the app was not very responsive.
HENRY DVery courteous and knowledgeable owner. Spoke with him before dropping off truck and he instructed me on everything I needed to do and what time the truck needed to be returned by. Took no time for him to check truck prior to me leaving. Very prompt and excellent service.
