Timothy MI am surprised that hitch latch pins are not provided/recommended but I used one of my own. Using the car hauler was a breeze! The representative was super polite and helpful.
KIMBERLEE SThis comment is a general comment about renting 1 way. I realize now that it is in the disclaimer but I did not notice that a one way rental is not guaranteed. I had to drive over 100km out of my way to pickup a van that I thought was reserved in the town that I live in. I think it should be much clearer to anyone renting in one place and dropping off in another that it is not guaranteed.
