Hello, despite last minute conflict scheduling, I was unable to change my plan to fit my schedule in proper time. As I went to each location, and talking to Uhaul proper, all involved made every effort beyond reproach and were impeccable at understanding my situation, my time, and distance that i had to travel in order to pick up the equipment I required. All staff involved helped me beyond there normal scope of duties to ensure giving me the best customer service possible. Thank you so much as I plan to rent a trailer for my move up north in the near future
