There was some confusion as there was only 1/4 tank of gas at pickup, but this was resolved quickly.

This place did not like the trailer being dropped off here. A lady told me that place was for rental trucks only and that they would charge me to have it towed to another place.

Bryan WYour App does not run very smooth, could not create my account on the App as it would not accept my postal code even though I put in a BC address it would only accept a Zip code like I was in the US. Once I created my account through the website everything seemed to work.
ERNEST VThe online app took a while to approve us online. We had to go through the process three times before it worked. We reached out to customer service and they took 1 1/2 hours to return our call. We had figured it out by that time but if we hadn’t, we would have been waiting a while.
